Jason Kisner is the founder of Kisner Law, a dynamic personal injury and workers' compensation law firm dedicated to protecting the rights of people throughout Maryland and Washington, D.C. He believes in providing compassionate legal support while aggressively advocating on behalf of clients to ensure that they can recover the compensation they deserve after suffering serious injuries.

As a proud native of western Maryland, Jason comes from a blue-collar background. Before becoming an attorney, he worked for a railroad company, which has given him an appreciation of the issues that hard-working Americans face. He understands the concerns that affect people who have suffered injuries, and he works to provide the support they need during the most challenging moments of their lives.

Jason earned a B.A. from Villanova University and an M.S. from West Virginia University. He received his law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law, and he later obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from The George Washington University Law School.

After law school, Jason worked in insurance defense, representing insurers and handling claims related to injuries. This experience has given him a strong understanding of how insurance companies and the law firms that represent them work. He knows the tactics they often use to deny claims or make lowball offers that are meant to reduce payouts. He can stand up to these methods and protect the rights of injury victims.

Jason is not intimidated by large corporations and powerful law firms. He takes a "David vs. Goliath" approach, using his knowledge of the insurance industry and skills developed across hundreds of cases to help his clients achieve success. He has represented clients in more than 500 district court trials and over 75 jury trials.

At Kisner Law, Jason leads his team with purpose, working to resolve cases efficiently and effectively while treating every client with compassion and aggressively representing their interests. He is committed to the community and the hard-working people that he has the privilege to serve. He stands with clients throughout their entire cases, going the distance to win.
